It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Palette

Hey! 

I have here the it cosmetics eyeshadow palette, named naturally pretty. I've been eyeing this palette, but kept telling myself I didn't need it. All the colors are matte then the bottom larger shade is called the transformer shade. With this shade you can change the finish of the shadow. You can place this color under or over any color and it will make it look shimmery or tone down the shadow! 

The shadows are so creamy and easy to blend. They are a little powdery because they are so soft!

On the left I have the eyeshadows on their own, then on the right I added the transformer color on top. I don't really notice a difference. Personally I like matte colors, so I would use the transformer shade as a brow bone highlight or inner corner shade!

Too faced a la mode eye palette

Hey ladies, 

So too faced has a great spring 14' collection out, that I'm obsessing over. The melt lipsticks are amazing! 

But this is post is based on the a la mode palette, Anabel, get it together! Lol.

I think there is missing a good transition shade to blend everything, but you can use any brown you already have in another palette! 

YSL Lipstick

YSL has the most beautiful packaging of life. Yes these babies are on the pricy side, but they are worth it! I would take advantage of the 15 percent off sale going on at sephora now until April 11th to try one of these lippies. The lipstick itself is so creamy and packs a lot of color. They are easy to work with, you don't need a lip liner or gloss over it, its perfect on its own! I use my sparingly on special occasions, they are so luxurious! In total I own 4, I think I have a good range of colors, nude-y pink, peachy, purple, and deep red. Well I'm missing a bright pink one, maybe that will be my next one, eeeek!

Makeup Geek Eyeshadows

Hello makeup geeks, 

I love this brand! Especially love their eyeshadows. This brand was created by a YouTuber Marlena. I didn't know much about her before purchasing these. I found out about this brand through other youtubers (Jaclyn hill) who raved about how pigmented and blendable these shadows were, and very comparable to mac shadows. I knew I needed to try them! I actually got to meet her at imats LA, she's so sweet and down to earth! 

This was a recent purchase, paid with my own money! I also placed another other to try some brushes and an eyeshadow named "chickadee", which was out of stock which seemed forever.

You can also purchase each shadow in their own compact, but I like storing mine in these z-palettes to save space and have them all in one place!

Urban Decay Electric Palette

Hola, 

Let's just admire how amazeballs this palette looks! Omg the colors are so vibrant and pigmented. I love urban decay shadows! 

I don't have anything like this in my collection, so I was super excited to get this! Realistically when am I going to use these colors?? I don't know, but it's so pretty!

Muji USA Drawers

Today I want to discuss how I organize some of my makeup!

This is what I like to store in mine.

When I first started getting into makeup, I order 2 sets of muji drawers as an organizational tool. If you aren't familiar with these drawers, they are really popular in a lot of girls' makeup collection videos. They are basically clear acrylic drawers to store your makeup. At one point, these drawers stored all my makeup. I still use them everyday, placed on my vanity, but I also added a desk with many drawers to have enough space for all of the goods. I plan to do a future post on my full collection storage, but I really need to organize!There is a variety of sizes available on their website. I first ordered the 5 drawer case, then later ordered the 2 drawer case. I just stack the 2 on top of the 5. This are really sturdy and durable, I've had mine for almost 2 years!
